Terms and Conditions: SunBet Social Media

1. All SunBet Social Media giveaways are time restricted. The time and date to enter will be clearly attached on the post on the relevant Social Media platform.

2. Entries received outside the timeframe will not be accepted for entry and will not be eligible to win the relevant prize.

3. Social Media giveaways are only open to entrants with a valid SunBet gaming account.

4. A person who cannot meet the requirements to open a SunBet gaming account cannot win a Social Media competition.

5. Social Media competitions are only open to entrants over the age of 18.

6. By entering the competition, you agree:

6.1. that SunBet may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,

6.2. to receiving communication from SunBet sponsors and partners,

6.3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

7. Every entrant participating in SunBet Social Media competitions shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

8. Entries are limited to the first comment made by a contestant. Thereafter, any other comments by the same contestant will be considered null and void.

9. Any detected attempt at abuse of Social Media accounts will disqualify an entrant from the current competition and any future competitions.

10. Any detected attempt at abuse of SunBet gaming accounts at any time may result in permanent account closure.

11. Where non-gaming value is the reward, it will be the player’s responsibility to ensure the correct contact information is held by SunBet so the reward can be sent by relevant channel: email or phone.

12. Where a customer has opted not to receive communication via the channel required to issue the prize, it will not be possible to issue the prize.

13. In the event that the winners do not respond within 24 hours of notification, or cannot take the prize, new winners will be drawn and substituted as the winners.

14. The prizes are not transferable and are not exchangeable for cash.

15. Exclusions: Transportation, refreshments and accommodation. Winners must arrange their own transportation and accommodation.

16. Where gaming value is the reward for a Social Media competition, SunBet management takes no responsibility for any loss, perceived or material, associated with gaming activity following the promotion.

17. Betting vouchers and casino bonuses issued have specific wagering requirements dependent on value, this can be viewed in the client prior to play.

18. All rewards will expire within 7 calendar days from issue date.

19. No alternative value will be offered for any reason.

20. SunBet Social Media competitions are not directly associated with the Social Media platform they are hosted upon.

21. Entrants will have no recourse through Social Media platforms as the platforms have no jurisdiction on SunBet Social Media competitions.

22. SunBet management reserve the right to cancel, or amend, all, or part, of any Social Media competition at any time, for any reason.

23. Where there is a tie in a Social Media competition, SunBet management will have full jurisdiction in deciding the most relevant and fair distribution of the reward.

24. SunBet Social Media competitions are closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of SunBet/Sun International or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by SunBet/Sun International or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.

25. SunBet and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against SunBet or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against SunBet or its authorised agents.

26. All standard terms and conditions of SunBet apply at all times.
