It seems a formality that the league title will be won by multi-billion rand outfit, Paris Saint Germain, so the real interest should be which team will contend for the runners-up spot in the top flight of French football.
Although they have lost Brazilian midfielder, Fabinho to Liverpool and the talented young French midfielder, Thomas Lemar to Atletico Madrid, Monaco have made enough good signings to suggest they will again be very competitive. I think you can look at the same top four from last season to finish in the top four again, possibly in this order:

2. Monaco
3. Marseille
4. Lyon
